1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to any use of the Rosewick Boutique website and to every purchase made through our webshop. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, we ask that you refrain from using our website.
2. Use of the website
By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age in the United Kingdom, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the website (for example, with viruses or malware). In the event of a violation, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, or to restrict access to the website, where reasonably necessary, for example in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, payment issues or pricing errors.
3. Product information
We do our utmost to present all products as accurately and completely as possible. However, minor discrepancies, typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occur and do not automatically entitle the customer to a claim. Colours and images may vary due to screen display, lighting or photography.
4. Ordering and payment
An order is only processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
An automatically generated order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order. Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date order and shipping details.
5. Processing and delivery
We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment. Average delivery time is 5-15 working days, depending on external factors such as customs or the carrier.
Shipments are sent directly from our production and logistics partner. The delivery times stated are indicative and not binding. Any import duties or other charges incurred when importing into the United Kingdom are for the customer's account, unless stated otherwise.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You may return your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. This does not apply to personalised products or hygiene products that have been unsealed. Full details on returns can be found in our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
7. Prohibited use
It is not permitted to use our website for unlawful purposes, to distribute content containing viruses or harmful code, to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to misuse discount codes, returns or chargeback procedures. In the event of identified misuse, we may immediately terminate access to our website.
8. Liability
Rosewick Boutique is not liable for damage demonstrably arising after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, except for statutory liability that cannot be excluded. We do not guarantee that the website will function uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, although we take reasonable measures to ensure its security and operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
9. Force majeure
Rosewick Boutique is not liable for delay or failure to fulfil obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government measures, transport disruptions, supplier issues, customs delays or cyberattacks.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by Rosewick Boutique or used with permission. Use, reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law
These terms and conditions, and all agreements with Rosewick Boutique, are governed by Dutch law.
